Giulia Albani Rocchetti

About

Giulia Albani Rocchetti is a postdoc of the NBFC PNRR 2022 - CN03, National Biodiversity Future Center at Roma Tre University (Rome, IT), where she earned the doctoral degree summa cum laude in Environmental Biology. She carries out research focused on the role of natural collections in plant conservation and de-extinction, the development of germination protocol for old seeds, and the role of archaeological sites in plant biodiversity protection and quasi-in-situ conservation. She is involved in the international project “Aenea’s Route”, for the scientific development of the cultural route and the valorisation of the naturalistic heritage of its sites, and in the Plant Conservation Research Group of the University of Roma Tre.
